Vince was very thorough taking several hours to complete the first inspection. For a very reasonable amount he did a final inspection after the home sellers completed repairs. Vince is fabulous! He did two home inspections for us and I wish we could hire him again! As first time buyers, he was fantastic at explaining every step of the inspection process, and gave recommendations for upkeep of the home. He was unbelievably thorough and really took his time examining every square inch of the house. He is responsive and even took the time to answer some questions I had about some issues he found, weeks after the inspection. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Vince was truly amazing. My Fiancee and I had him inspect the home we put an offer on, and we had a great experience.
